2. Authentic Sourcing & Organic Quality

All our Phool Makhana (Fox Nuts / Gorgon Nuts) are directly harvested from the GI-tagged wetlands of Mithila, Bihar. We strive to maintain strict natural quality, zero palm oil roasting, and clean food-grade packaging. As our products are agricultural superfoods, subtle natural variations in seed size and popping puffiness may occur naturally.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• All listed prices are in Indian National Rupees (₹ INR) inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We accept payments through 100% encrypted and RBI-compliant gateways including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
• Promotional coupon codes (such as MAKHANA20) are subject to specific minimum order values and validity periods as defined at the time of the promotion.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Because our snacks are perishable food items:

• If you receive a package that is damaged, unsealed, or past its expiration date, please notify our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
• Upon verification, we will issue an immediate free replacement or full refund to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
• Opened or partially consumed packets cannot be returned for change of preference due to food safety and hygiene regulations.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by visiting My Orders or contacting our care team. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled mid-transit.

The brand name "Mithila Super Roots," logos, product recipes, packaging graphics, and website materials are exclusive intellectual property of Mithila Super Roots Pvt Ltd. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial scraping, or re-branding is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saharsa / Patna, Bihar.
